1. Data we process
- Account: the email and name you provide when you sign up.
- Content: the audio, projects, setlists, and settings you create or upload.
- Usage: basic technical data to operate the Service and diagnose failures.
- Payments: processed by an external payment provider; we do not store your card details.
2. What we use the data for
To provide the Service, authenticate your account, back up and sync your content, process payments, offer support, and improve the application.
3. Processing with artificial intelligence and voice
When you use AI stem separation or generate voice cues, the corresponding audio or text is sent to a third-party provider specialized in AI audio processing and voice synthesis to perform that function and return the result to you. That content is not used to train third-party models, and these features only activate when you request them.
4. Third parties and international transfers
We rely on cloud infrastructure providers, AI audio processing, voice synthesis, and payment processors acting as data processors. Some may process data outside your country; when they do, we apply the corresponding legal safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep your content while your account is active. If you cancel a paid plan, your content in the cloud is kept subject to the Basic plan limits; if you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data unless we have a legal obligation to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or limit certain processing. If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with equivalent rights (GDPR), these fully apply to you. Exercise them by writing to [email protected].
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is foolproof; we recommend using a strong password.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary storage for the session and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Minors
The Service is not directed at anyone under the legal minimum age in their country without the corresponding consent.

We may update this Policy; if changes are material, we will notify you.
